Arrival time is between 5 pm and 6 pm when we are sure to be home and able to welcome you to Brockville. Should you plan to arrive earlier or later please telephone to let us know.

 

Deposits - When we confirm your booking we ask for a deposit. The amount will depend on the dates and length of the reservation made. In the event of a cancellation we will do our best to re-let the room(s) and return the deposit in full. If we cannot replace your booking with a similar number of nights we reserve the right to retain your deposit. Please let us know as early as possible of any changes.
